Sodium Salts

Sodium acetate, NaCH3COO, also abbreviated NaOAc, is the sodium salt of acetic acid. This colourless deliquescent salt has a wide range of uses. Sodium Acetate is water soluble.

Sodium Citrate is also called Trisodium Citrate or Citrosodine or Natrocitral. It is widely used as a food preservative, for alkalization of urine to prevent kidney stones, an anticoagulant for stored blood, and buffer.

Sodium sulphate is white solid  inorganic compound with formula Na2SO4 as well as several related hydrates.
